Buddy Personal Training

- 2-to-1 personal training sessions designed to get great results
- This is a great option if you enjoy exercising with a friend or partner, or if you feel a bit nervous starting out by yourself
- This is also a cost effective option if you cannot afford 1-to-1 personal training but would still benefit from having an experienced trainer and structured workout programme

Training Programmes

- A great option for if you struggle to find time to exercise due to life's demands
- A cost effective option if you can't currently afford one-to-one personal training but would still benefit from having a structured training programme which will push you out of your comfort zone and leave you feeling great!
- Each training programme can be adapted to be completed at home or in a gym environment, so you can work out from wherever suits you best
